VA Techniques Rock Star Karaoke Contest!

• One entry per team per session

• Bring your own CD with music from the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s or today

• Limit performances to 1:30

• Bring your rock costumes and props

• Coach participation is encouraged

• Team trophy will be given to best performance each session

• Every performer will receive a participation gift

• Contests will be held between last rotation and awards

• Contest will be held on auditorium stage - NO TUMBLING!

• Wanna rock?  Please designate a parent or team coach to submit CD with gym name, song, and number of participants at registration table.
