Virginia Techniques Gymnastics is committed to serving the New River Valley and surrounding communities. Throughout the year we offer several special events to members of the community including motivational speeches, autograph sessions, gymnastics and cheerleading exhibitions, and gymnastics meets. |
| You'll also find Virginia Techniques cheerleaders and gymnasts participating in many activities throughout the New River Valley. We can be seen at local school fairs and carnivals, Steppin' Out, The Wilderness Trail Festival, Virginia Tech and Radford University basketball games, and Blacksburg and Christiansburg parades. Former Olympians, John Macready and John Roethlisberger, recently visited Virginia Techniques. They spoke to area athletes about succeeding in sports and life. Afterwards, they signed autographs and posed for pictures. The following day was spent practicing with the Techniques optional gymnasts and traveling to the Commonwealth Games with the compulsory gymnasts. |
