Designed for an older crowd, participants enjoy a workout to perfect gymnastics, cheerleading, martial arts, or conditioning exercises.  Experienced spotters are available to help with beginner to advanced skills.  Expect loud music, high level athletics, and group activities.

Children are invited for a night full of flipping and fun!  

AGES: 3 to 22 (Parents must stay for 3 & 4 year olds to participate)
TIME: Fridays, 7:00pm to 9:00pm 
COST: Only $12 members and $15 non-members
REQUIREMENTS: Children under 18 must be registered by a parent/guardian. Guardians may leave after registration as long as there is a guardian cell phone number and waiver on file. Pre-registration is recommended.

Friday Nite FOCUS!
Open to USAG registered athletes only!
Competitive gymnasts training levels 3-10 and Xcel Siler & up will have an opportunity to work in small groups perfecting skills with team coaches on vault, bars, beam, and floor.

AGES: 6 to 18
TIME: Fridays, 7:00pm to 9:00pm 
COST: Only $30 members and $45 non-members
REQUIREMENTS: Participants must USAG competitive gymnasts. Children under 18 must be registered by a parent/guardian. Guardians may leave after registration as long as there is a guardian cell phone number and waiver on file. To maintain small ratios, total number of participants will be limited based on the number of team coaches available.
