Children are invited for a night full of flipping and fun!  

AGES: 5 to 22
TIME: Fridays, 7:00pm to 9:00pm 
COST: Only $15 members and $18 non-members
REQUIREMENTS: Children under 18 must be registered by a parent/guardian. Guardians may leave after registration as long as there is a guardian cell phone number and waiver on file. Pre-registration is recommended.

Open to USAG registered athletes only!
Competitive gymnasts training levels 3-10 and Xcel Silver & up will have an opportunity to work in small groups perfecting skills with team coaches on vault, bars, beam, and floor.

AGES: 6 to 18
TIME: Fridays, 7:00pm to 9:00pm 
COST: Only $30 members and $45 non-members
REQUIREMENTS: Participants must USAG competitive gymnasts. Children under 18 must be registered by a parent/guardian. Guardians may leave after registration as long as there is a guardian cell phone number and waiver on file. To maintain small ratios, total number of participants will be limited based on the number of team coaches available.

No pre-registration is required!
 
Playzone is a safe and fun open gym time for those walking to age 10.
Parents stay and play with their little one(s)! (This is not a drop-off event)
Join us every Tuesday & Thursday from 11:00am to 12:30pm!*
Cost is $10 member/$12 nonmembers.

Late Nite!

Designed for an older crowd, participants enjoy a workout to perfect gymnastics, cheerleading, martial arts, or conditioning exercises.  Experienced spotters are available to help with beginner to advanced skills.  Expect loud music, high level athletics, and group activities. Preregistration is not required. 
AGES: 16 to 22* - ID's checked
COST: $10 per person
