Kids and parents love our monthly Kids Nite Out! Parents Nite Off! Held the first Saturday of each month, KNO includes 4 hours of fun! There's always lots of gymnastics, and KNO includes pizza, crafts, movies, games and a monthly theme!

WHO: Kids ages 3-12
WHEN: First Saturday of {almost} every month, 6p-10p, see our calendar for a complete schedule.
COST: Only $41, with a $5 sibling discount
REQUIREMENTS: Pre-registration is required. Parents/legal guardians must register children and ensure a liability waiver is on file.

AGES: 16 to 22* - ID's checked at sign in. Ages 16 & 17 must be signed in by a legal guardian.

COST: $10 per person

Designed for an older crowd, participants enjoy a workout to perfect gymnastics, cheerleading, martial arts, or conditioning exercises.  Experienced spotters are available to help with beginner to advanced skills.  Expect loud music, high level athletics, and group activities. Preregistration is not required.

COST: Only $15 members and $18 non-members
